Atomic Scooters is the passion project of two crazy, upbeat locals.

“Matt’s mom was a trail guide at a horseback riding ranch for most of his life, his dad, a tour guide at the Oregon Caves. When we got together, I was 6 years into my career as a hospitality manager, and he was an aspiring tour guide in a new city. Our path seemed set from the start. Since 2017 years, we’ve strived to start a tour company, unlike traditional walking tours. It took lots of hard work, patience, and dedication to get here. Fast forward to 2019, after all that time working with the City of Las Vegas, a Government who do not want anything to do with this form of micro-mobility, we finally got our scooter concept legalized.  It was not easy. We had to campaign for each part of the process. We advocated for Atomic to be sidewalk legal and now have our own City NRS Code. We made and constantly update detailed reports for our routes to remain authorized by the city’s traffic engineers. Matt has carefully crafted each tour to ensure guests have a safe, fun, educational experience while I have added the locals’ perspective of my crazy city’s local culture and oversee our online presence.
