Atomic Scooters Payment Agreement

M&S Sublets & Services LLC

This Payment Agreement (this "Agreement") is made as of this , (the “Effective Date”) by and between M&S Sublets & Services LLC DBA: Atomic Scooters Rentals & Tours located (herein referred to as “Client”) at 901 E. Fremont Street Ste 115 Las vegas NV 89101 and (herein referred to “Independent Contractor”) located at . Client and Independent Contractor may each be referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

Whereas the Client desires to retain the services of the Independent Contractor, and the Client desires to render such services, these terms and conditions are set forth.

In consideration of this mutual understanding, the Parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

Employment. The Independent Contractor agrees that they shall faithfully and to the best of their ability to carry out the duties and responsibilities communicated to them by the Client. The Independent Contractor shall comply with all company policies, rules, and procedures at all times.
Position. As a , it is the duty of the Independent Contractor to perform all essential job functions and duties. From time to time, the Client may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the Independent Contractor’s work.
Payment.. As payment for the services provided, the Independent Contractor shall be paid $ per and will be released thru . The pay periods are 2 weeks, Monday through Monday, that will be paid on a Friday. The Independent Contractor will also be subject to an as-needed performance review.
Attendance. Independent Contractor is expected to work up to hours per day for up to days in a week. In the event that the Independent Contractor does not attend work when required or does not perform the work that the Client lawfully and reasonably directs, the Independent Contractor will not be paid for the time of non-attendance or non-performance of the work as directed. Missing shifts, Loggin on late, and other attendance issues that result in a reduction of expected productivity can result in a poor performance review.
Benefits. Client grants the Independent Contractor to have regular holidays off and 13-month pay equivalent to one-twelfth (1/12) of their salary within a fiscal year. Although, it will be a 25%-50% bonus for the Independent Contractor's first-year employment.
Termination. It is the intention of the Parties to form a long and mutually profitable relationship. However, this relationship may be terminated by either party at any time provided with written notice at least 2 weeks prior to termination.
Entire Agreement. This contract represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any previous written or oral agreement. This Agreement may be modified at any time provided the written consent of both the Client and the Independent Contractor,
Severability. The Parties agree that if any portion of this contract is found to be void or unenforceable, it shall be struck from the record and the remaining provisions will retain their full force and effect.
Governing Law. The terms of this Agreement and the rights of the Parties hereto shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Philippines without regarding its conflicts of law provisions.
