Tell the driver to go to Atomic Scooters. Have them turn onto 9th street and drop you off there.

⚠️ Very Important!

Everyone in your group must sign waivers!

Here are some details to help you better prepare for our time together.

Atomic Team members are trained to provide a safe and educational experience.

  • All Scooters, helmets, and other shared items are cleaned between every ride.

  • All tours begin and end outside.

Please don’t attend our activities if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms.

PLEASE SIGN THE WAIVERS BEFORE ARRIVAL!
After signing the waivers, you will receive a safety video and a short test. The test results will determine your security deposit of $25-$100 per scooter. If you don’t want to be responsible for your friend’s deposit, it’s recommended that you have their book for themselves

Please have all attendees sign our waiver by forwarding this email to them!

Please wear flat shoes that are closed-toe and comfortable. We might not rent to you if you have heels or flip-flops

Please arrive SOBER. If you appear intoxicated, we will refuse to allow you to rent or attend our tours (our cancelation by guest policy is enforced in these circumstances).

Make sure all attendees are 18 years or older.

Security deposits are a light hold meaning the funds are usually available immediately when the scooter is returned, and the hold is released. Some banks may take up to 3-5 days to show the funds as available. Once we confirm the scooters are not damaged, we will email you a confirmation that the holds have been released.

All Adults 18+ must bring a photo ID!

⚠️ Remember! You will be 100% outside so if you are not used to Vegas weather we recommend bringing the following items:

Company Policies

Atomic Scooters Tours and Activities are designed by dedicated locals for individuals seeking a fun educational scooter tour through the Downtown Area. Atomic Scooters reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All attendants must be 14 years or older. Children must be accompanied by

At this time we do not provide transportation to or from tours. Please plan an ideal arrival/departure provision ahead of time.

It is the individual’s responsibility to arrive at the departure location on time. Atomic Tours cannot be held responsible if you do not arrive on time (no matter what the reason). If you miss the scooter assigning process it is too late to attend the event. We are on a schedule and must depart on time. If you are unsure of where a departure point is located, make a dry run so you will be sure you know where to go the day of the tour. There will be NO REFUND for no-shows; so be sure you allow enough time to get to the departure point.

Smoking while the tour is in motion is not permitted, however, frequent rest stops should alleviate any problems. Smoking Marijuana is prohibited by federal law. If you consume marijuana while on this tour we will have no choice but to remove you from the activity.

In the event of a rain delay, the group will wait a reasonable amount of time in hopes the event will take place. In the event of a rainout, if the tour can be rescheduled we will make every effort to do so. If it would significantly affect the duration of the tour, the operator may choose to cancel the activity. If this happens a full refund will be processed.

All tours will operate as scheduled unless it is canceled by our team. Weather situations, which are beyond our control, that develop while a tour is already underway, will be dealt with to ensure your safety and to include as much of the original tour as possible. In the event, a weather delay forces the extension/shortening of a tour, any delays, expenses, or missed events following the tour will be the responsibility of the attendant.

Atomic’s Tour guides do their best to start and end tours on time. However several unforeseen considerations tend to happen from time to time and delay the beginning or end of a tour. In some cases other attendees may be slower on the scooters, vendors may have longer than usual wait times, or many other unplanned delays can occur. We highly advise that you do not plan any activities within an hour after our tours are scheduled to end to ensure the most ideal experience.

Helmets are required. We know sometimes your hair is just perfect, but think of this as vacation interruption protection – the last thing you want while having fun in Vegas is a big old bonk on your head. If you refuse to wear a helmet at the time of the tour, sorry there are no refunds.

Not being able to ride is extremely rare In the event, you get to the tour and are unable to ride the scooter safely – you just can’t get the hang of it, can’t balance, get scared, you will not be refunded. Your options will be to meet us at locations that include any pre-paid meals or stay behind and wait for your group to return.

If we don’t have enough people booked: We reserve the right to cancel the tour if there are not a minimum amount of people booked (typically 3 scooters). If you are booked on a tour where the minimum number is not met, you will be issued a full refund.

Charges will appear on your statement as “FH* Atomic Tours”.
