When using our online platform of phone service You are authorizing Atomic Scooters Rentals & Tours to charge the cost of your purchase to the debit/ credit card you submitted with your reservation. A emailed receipt will be sent immediately after your payment is processed. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions listed on our website “Atomicscooterslv.com”.

Security Deposit Policy:

Deposits for tours are rare. IF the service you purchased requires a security deposit you authorize Atomic Scooters Rentals & Tours to place a hold on the card you have on file with us. Deposits range from $75-$250.

A deposit may be collected if:

1. The rider has several attendees on their reservation.

2. The rider demonstrates signs of being rowdy, reckless, or careless for the safety of the scooter.

Upon releasing the hold you will receive an email notification. In most cases, the funds are immediately available upon release however some banks can take up to 3-5 business days to show the funds as available. We can not help you with determining the policies of your bank.
