Please Agree to these important company policies. Tour Times & Delays: Atomic’s Tour guides do their best to start and end tours on time. However several unforeseen considerations tend to happen from time to time and delay the beginning or end of a tour. In some cases other attendees may be slower on the scooters, vendors may have longer than usual wait times, or other unplanned delays can occur. We highly advise that you do not plan any activities within an hour after our tours are scheduled to end to ensure the most ideal experience free of rushing and unnecessary worry. If you can’t ride: We advise all new/first-time riders to know how to ride a bike prior to attending this tour. Not being able to ride is extremely rare. In the event, you get to the tour and are unable to ride the scooter safely during the training course – you just can’t get the hang of it, can’t balance, get scared, or have any other issues that disable you from maintaining the scooter at 4mph or higher you may be asked to sit out of the tour and at this point, no refunds will be offered. Your options will be to meet us at locations that include any pre-paid meals or stay behind and wait for your group to return. No Shows: It is the individual’s responsibility to arrive at the departure location on time. Atomic Tours cannot be held responsible if you do not arrive on time (no matter what the reason). If you miss the scooter assigning process and we have begun training or are about to depart from training, it is too late to attend the event. We are on a schedule and must depart on time. If you are unsure of where a departure point is located, call us as many times as needed for help or make a dry run so you will be sure you know where to go on the day of the tour. There will be NO REFUND for no-shows and late arrivals ( Sometimes, depending on the tour we may be able to issue a credit but this depends on a few factors of your specific booking); so be sure you allow enough time to get to the departure point. Tours Beginning from our Shop on 9th Street: Please note our scooter shop is unique. We have a max capacity of 4 people allowed inside at one time and we do not have a public bathroom. Because of this, we usually ask everyone to wait outside our doors while tours are set up and scooters are assigned. We don’t want people to feel unwelcome or left out so to create a universal experience we may refuse to let you inside. Please consider this a fully outdoor experience and come prepared for the weather.
